KAPAplast PREMIUM DIRECT PRINTING BOARD.

KAPAplast is the premium lightweight foamboard for direct printing substrate for both digital and screen printing, and may be used as a high-quality lightweight backing board for picture framing. It is also an ideal mounting and presentation board for all kinds of design work and is suitable for model making or as a decoupage board for 3-D logos/lettering. KAPAplast is a popular choice for applications on exhibition stands, as part of window displays, as POS/POP displays and for signage. Due to its special surface texture, even short-term outdoor applications are possible with KAPAplast. Once the edges of the foamboard are covered by edge protecting profiles, KAPAplast can be used outdoors for up to 3 months, depending on ambient climatic conditions. We recommend carrying out the appropriate tests under real conditions before final use.

KAPAplast boards more than fulfil the most stringent quality requirements. Their dimensional stability and excellent flatness along with smooth, clean-cut edges, make them indispensable for high calibre printing. KAPAplast displays its excellent ink adhesion and fine colour graduation in printed images when using UV-curing or solvent-based inks. In addition, applying foil to KAPAplast produces superb results.
